Deposits of 50% is required to begin project with balance due on completion. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of deposit for a full refund. Deposits are non-refundable on orders cancelled after 24 hours. P & C Artworks encourages you to notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. It may be possible to receive a full or partial refund of your deposit if the project has not been started and supplies have not been purchased. |
